yes. Got this at a sidewalk sale at the local Harbor Freight on sale for $350. Ordered a winch plate online and had it installed that weekend. For the money, you aren't going to beat this winch. Have used it several times and it pulls like a champ. Paid $30 extra dollars for the two year warranty.
